Hello Mrs Ladybird! Ladybirds, birthworts, ground squirrels, daisies, field mice, dandelions, butterflies, coltsfoot, bumble bees, yarrow, honey bees, bellflowers ...

This and much more grows, crawls and flies through our vineyards. This alone has made the conversion from conventional to organic winemaking rewarding. It wasn't all about improving the quality of our wines, but rather to get back to this traditional form of viticulture and make our wines better, with more vitality. And it works!

This is probably the main reason we converted to organic farming: We do not want to employ any harmful chemicals; not in the air, not in food and not in wine. For our children, our employees and for us. Going organic was the most logical step for us to take.
